We will only initiate a refund if you contact us before your item(s) have been shipped OR if there has been an error, issue, or defect in the product. We will not issue a refund for errors including but limited to - input of wrong address or ordering incorrect items. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE DO NOT CURRENTLY OFFER RETURNS.
